A national company located in the Plymouth, MI area that specializes in the construction industry is currently seeking an Installation Manager for a direct hire opportunity with their growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for Construction Estimators looking for a company that offers excellent pay and benefits, leadership, and an opportunity to grow a business in the USA.
The Installation Manager is estimated to have a gross annual income based on each candidate's education and experience. All well qualified candidates will be considered regardless of pay rate.
Requirements
Qualified Installation Managers will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred but not required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimation, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
Proficiency with estimation software or MS Office products.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and market conditions.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various stakeholders.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
Must be able to work in the United States.
Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
